Der Fördersatz beträgt 50 % der förderfähigen Ausgaben. Die förderfähigen Ausgaben sind gedeckelt auf 5.000 Euro bei Ein- und Zweifamilienhäusern, und bei Mehrfamilienhäusern ... auf 2.000 Euro pro Wohneinheit, insgesamt auf maximal 20.000 Euro.
