At least 18 years old; founding a new business or founded within the last 12 months; priority for university graduates with an innovative idea and a novel product or service; a professional opinion (fachliche Stellungnahme) from a university or similar body and a full business concept are required with the project idea; residence and business in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
