Who can apply

Applicants must be citizens of eligible EU widening/Horizon Europe associated countries or EU outermost regions (e.g. Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Albania, Serbia, Ukraine, Turkiye). Winners receive EUR 2,500, 5,000 or 10,000 plus EUR 2,000 stipend and EUR 1,000 travel budget.
