Innovative SME (EU recommendation 2003/361) from an EU Member State, Iceland, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Turkiye or UK, established at least two years by the deadline, no previous Innowwide funding; TRL 4-8; local subcontractor in a target country in Africa, Americas, Asia or Oceania; civil applications only.
