Assemble a consortium meeting the minimum condition (usually 3 independent legal entities from 3 different EU/associated countries)
Register all partners for a PIC number
Draft Part B of the proposal against the topic's expected outcomes
Submit via the Funding & Tenders Portal before the deadline
Evaluation by independent experts; grant agreement preparation for successful proposals
