Young Growth Company (JEC) status gives an exemption from employer social contributions (health/maternity and family allowances) for companies created before 31 December 2028; a tax exemption applies to JEC created 2014-2023 per BOFiP. No application to Urssaf is needed: the company applies the exemption itself when it meets the conditions.
