EUR 50,000 to EUR 500,000 as subsidy or repayable advance, co-financed by the State and Martinique, paid in 2 or 3 instalments. Rate capped at 60% (very small firms), 50% (SMEs), 40% (mid-caps). Eligible expense base above EUR 100,000 and below EUR 1 million. Replaces the old 'Fonds Régional d'Innovation' description.

Start-ups, SMEs and mid-caps (under 500 employees) registered in the commercial register and established in Martinique; tax/social compliant; not in difficulty under EU rules; projects aligned with the territorial strategy (digitalisation, food self-sufficiency, energy autonomy, circular economy, etc.).
