Who can apply

For 中小企業等 (Japanese SMEs and similar). Machinery/system construction costs (or building costs for the new business entry and global frames) must be included in the eligible costs. Binding post-project commitments: over the 3-5 years after the subsidised project, value added must grow at a CAGR of at least +4.0%, per-employee total salary payments at a CAGR of at least +3.5%, and the in-workplace minimum wage must be at least JPY 30 above the regional minimum wage. Failure to meet these targets can trigger partial or full repayment of the subsidy.

  4. Submit the business plan via the electronic application system before the deadline; applications are accepted only electronically. — link
  5. If selected, file the 交付申請, run the project, then submit the 実績報告 and claim payment.
