창업 7년 이내이고 직전연도 매출액이 일정 규모(통상 20억 원) 미만인 중소기업. 기업부설연구소 또는 연구개발전담부서 보유가 요구되는 과제가 있다.

  1. SMTECH 시스템에 기업 회원으로 가입한다.
  2. 공고된 과제 유형(디딤돌·전략형 등)을 선택한다.
  3. 연구개발계획서를 작성하여 온라인 제출한다.
  4. 사전검토, 대면평가(발표), 현장조사.
  5. 협약 체결 후 연구개발 수행 및 단계·최종 평가.
