Who can apply

Sdn Bhd with minimum 2 directors (at least one Malaysian and one resident in Malaysia), under 7 years of incorporation, accumulated revenue under RM5 million, owns IP rights, paid-up capital at least RM10,000, no other entity holds 25% or more; if under 51% Malaysian-owned, majority of employees must be Malaysian.
