AS registered less than five years ago, genuine new venture with growth potential. Grant covers up to 50% of eligible costs; own financing must equal the grant and be available before first disbursement. In 2026 the budget for Oppstartstilskudd 2 was reduced by 60%, so prioritisation is stricter.
