Who can apply

Singapore-registered SMEs with at least 30% local shareholding and group turnover/headcount within SME limits.

How to apply

  1. Contact A*STAR to discuss the technology gap and the profile of officer required.
  2. Agree the secondment scope, duration and deliverables with the host research institute.
  3. Submit the T-Up application for salary support.
  4. Officer is seconded into the company, typically for up to two years.
