INPI covers 50% of the cost of an IP service: service cost up to EUR 6,000, INPI funding up to EUR 3,000 per Pass; up to 3 services over the life of the company, cumulative cost cap EUR 10,000 and maximum INPI funding EUR 5,000. The company pays half of the quote directly to the provider.

This is de minimis aid. It counts against the €300,000 ceiling that applies to your company across a rolling three years in this member state (Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831). Who can apply

Independent SMEs (including micro-enterprises) within the INPI Coaching support process, meeting the EU SME definition; innovative companies or companies wishing to develop an innovative project; registered in France or French overseas territories. Civil companies, professional practice companies and sole proprietorships (including individual businesses) are excluded.
