Bpifrance co-pays an approved expert for up to 6 months to prepare an international collaborative R&D partnership (Horizon Europe, Eureka/Eurostars). Quote capped at EUR 25,000 excl. VAT if the applicant leads the consortium, EUR 5,000 otherwise; company pays at most EUR 12,500 excl. VAT, or EUR 2,500 after Bpifrance's 50% subsidy.

Independent innovative French start-up or SME (under 250 FTE, turnover under EUR 50M or balance sheet under EUR 43M), located in France incl. overseas territories, not in difficulty under EU rules.
