Who can apply

PME innovantes de moins de 8 ans ayant réussi leur levée de fonds d'amorçage pour au moins 200 000 euros. Term 8 years with 3 years' capital grace. Same exclusions as the Prêt d'amorçage.

How to apply

  1. Close a seed round of at least €200,000 with professional 'avisés' investors (VC funds, professional business angels, AMF/ORIAS-registered CIP/IFP/PSI crowdfunding platforms).
  2. Apply to Bpifrance for the loan, granted without security over company assets or founder's estate. — link
  3. On disbursement a 5% retention is deducted; file fees of 0.40% of the loan amount apply.
