Up to €130,000 in direct costs (eligible salary or teaching buy-out, travel and training, open access publishing), including a fixed €10,000 travel and training budget. Fellowships last 1-12 months full-time or up to 24 months part-time. Industry Partners contribute in-kind.

Who can apply

Replaces the earlier Industry RD&I Fellowship. Applicant is a researcher (faculty, postdoc or late-stage PhD) backed by an Irish Research Body and a single nominated Industry Partner (a company in Ireland or abroad). Fellow works mainly at the company. Public bodies cannot be the Industry Partner.
