Who can apply

Israeli-incorporated company mostly doing industrial R&D. Caps on funding raised to date (Pre-Seed NIS 3m, Seed NIS 15m, Round A NIS 50m), prior-year income (NIS 300k / 3m / 30m) and round size (NIS 6m / 30m / 75m); signed MoU/investment covering at least 15% of the round required.

How to apply

  1. Confirm the company meets the early-stage thresholds (limited prior fundraising and revenue).
  2. Submit the two-year R&D plan through the Authority's system before a cut-off.
  3. Evaluation and committee decision.
  4. Grant with milestone reporting and royalty obligations.
