Per the Authority's 2026 call to license new deep-tech venture incubators: pre-seed investments up to NIS 5m (60% grant rate), seed up to NIS 25m (50%), Series A up to NIS 75m (30%); up to NIS 40m cumulative grants over 5 years to the incubator for management fees and lab equipment. Earlier 85%/NIS 3.5m figure is not on the official page.
